Kewmi helps you remember important dates like birthdays and anniversaries. We provide smart reminders and shareable cards that you can send to friends and family.

User Content

You retain ownership of content you create on Kewmi (events, cards, messages). By using our service, you grant us a license to store and transmit this content as necessary to provide the service.

Shareable Cards: When you create a shareable card, it is publicly accessible to anyone with the link. You are responsible for the content you include in your cards and for sharing links only with intended recipients.

Service Availability

We strive to keep Kewmi available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify or discontinue features at any time.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dunko LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service. This includes, but is not limited to, missed reminders, undelivered cards, or data loss.

Kewmi is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free or that reminders will always be delivered on time.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us at support@kewmi.com.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
